Whisperchan
Whisperchan is a very cool text board over SSH. Users running UNIX-like systems such as Linux or Macintosh OS should be able to use SSH by default. Windows users should install an SSH client, such as PuTTY. I believe SSH clients are also available for DOS as well.

Doesn't really seem to work that well. It just streams from youtube. You're better off just downloading stuff and shuffle playing it on your computer.
